OSIPP Alumni Association “Doshinkai”
This association is an alumni organization for those who have been enrolled in the Osaka School of International Public Policy, and its purpose is to deepen interaction among its members.

Issuance of Various Certificates
By Self-Service Certificate Machine

Various certificates for current students can be issued via automatic issuance machines. For details regarding the locations and operating hours of these machines, please see below.
By Mail or In-Person
(Graduates and Withdrawn Students)
Applications are accepted at the OSIPP Educational Affairs Office counter or by mail. There is no fee for the issuance of certificates.

Important Notice
- As a general rule, certificates will be dispatched three days after your envelope is received.
- If you are in a hurry, please send the Certificate Request Form as an email attachment to the address below, then mail your return envelope separately. The return envelope must include the necessary postage (including the 260 yen Express fee), your clear return address/name, and the word “Express” (速達) written in red. Your documents will be dispatched as soon as the envelope arrives.
- Please note that specialized certificates (other than Transcripts or Certificates of Completion) may take approximately one week to process. We recommend submitting your request well in advance.
In Person
Please fill out the required information on the designated Certificate Request Form and present a form of identification at the counter to apply. If you wish to receive the certificates by mail, please also provide a return envelope with the necessary postage stamps attached.
